Please note we can only deliver to UK customers, as explained in our policies on our main website.
SHIPPING DETAILS
We will do our best to deliver on a requested date, except on Saturdays. We will not despatch worms on a Friday to prevent worms sitting in a warehouse over a weekend. We aim to despatch orders within a day or two of receiving them, subject to the above. Please take into consideration when ordering that our courier comes approximately midday and we only pick our worms to order. If you want to guarantee delivery of your worms by the weekend, please ensure that you place your order by midnight Wednesday. We will do our best to despatch orders placed on Thursday morning but can not guarantee this. In extremely hot weather we reserve the right to delay posting for the sake of worm welfare (worms will be chilled prior to sending during hot summer months).
PAYMENT OPTIONS
In our online shop you can check out through your Paypal or Google Checkout account. If you don't have an account with either of them you can still check out through Paypal using your credit card. Information collected to process your order includes name, address, telephone number and email address. The online payments are received via Google Checkout or PayPal, and we have no access to your credit/debit card details. We never disclose customer information to third parties, except for the purpose of processing and delivering your order, such as a courier service.
If you prefer to pay with cheque or bank transfer, please return to the Order page of our main site, where you will find a form to submit.
PRODUCT OPTIONS
When placing your orders, please go into the detailed description of each item by clicking on the underlined link. This will enable you to specify whether you want composting or fishing worms. In the case of fishing worms you can opt for larger worms should you need them.
Additionally you can choose what colour wormery or wormery tray that you would like.
At checkout, if you notice you have the wrong option in your shopping cart you can still change it by clicking on the incorrect option. You will be taken to the detailed description of the item where you can pick the correct option and add it back to your cart.
DELIVERY CHARGES
All orders below £7.00 are sent with Royal Mail Next Day at a cost of £3.00. Above that we charge £6.60 (to UK mainland addresses) and your goods are sent with UK Mail.
Orders above £7 being sent to N. Ireland, the Highlands and Islands cost £12 and are sent via Parcelforce. (Highlands include the following postcodes: AB31-38, AB40-56, HS, IV1-28,30-32,36,40-49,51-56,63 KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-38,41-49,60-78, PH4-44,49-50 and ZE).
