Orders are delivered on Wednesday's and Friday's.

DELIVERY DETAILS AND PRICES
We send out orders using a next day delivery service, via UK Mail to UK mainland customers only (excludes Highlands and Islands -
Please contact us for courier details). We despatch orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays, for Wednesday and Friday delivery
respectively.
We will do our best to deliver on a requested Wednesday or Friday and aim to despatch orders within a day or two of receiving them, subject to the above.
Please take into consideration when ordering that our courier comes approximately midday and we only
pick our worms to order. If you want to guarantee delivery of your worms by the weekend, please ensure that you place your order by midnight
Wednesday. We will do our best to despatch orders placed on Thursday morning but can not guarantee this.
In extremely hot weather we reserve the right to delay posting for the sake of worm welfare.

We charge a flat delivery rate of £6.60 per order, not per item. However we reserve the right to charge more if the items bought are especially heavy. For example this situation may arise with multiple buckets of wormcast.UK MAIL:

We believe that it is important for our customers to be able to easily care for their worms in the buckets that
they are supplied in without the need to transfer them into larger containers. Sending our worms on a next day service
in buckets with plenty of bedding also ensures that they travel well (no squashed worms).
